My wife & I purchased our 1st home in 2009 & moved in on Christmas eve of 2009. We noticed that the basement would flood, the floor drains wouldn't flow out, & we'd constantly have issues where I'd have to snake our lines. So in March of this year, 2020, we had plumbers out from a competitor several times to snake with a powered auger the floor drains & sewer main going out. They discovered the main needed to be replaced due to a blockage of some kind near to the city sewer line. They wanted nearly $10k to replace it. So I called Stinson's Plumbing, & within 1 day they were there, looked at it, & quoted me somewhere around $3600 for the job. I accepted, & they replaced it & the old water service line. Perfect flow. Now I had water streaming in through the hole that the service line comes into the basement, & they are going to come take care of it for me ASAP (heavy rains & muddy today). These guys are amazing, fast, spot on, up to code, & freakin' great to work with. Love, Ya'll.
